Our Courses

Duration - 1 day
Ideal for smaller workplaces or low risk environments. Ensuring that someone on site is trained to respond quickly and effectively in emergencies. Having trained staff can prevent minor injuries from escalating and save lives in critical situations.
Included in course:
- Assessing an incident
- Basic life support (CPR)
- Managing unresponsive casualties (with or without breathing)
- Managing a choking casualty
- Wound care and bleeding control
- Shock management
- Minor injuries (burns and scalds)

Exclusive 4RR Customer price £60pp + VAT (travel included)
Non 4RR Customer price £95pp +VAT (travel costs dependent on location)
Group requirements, minimum of 5 attendees maximum currently 8 attendees.
Duration - 3 days
Ideal for businesses in higher risk industries such as, agriculture, construction or manufacturing with large teams. It ensures that staff can handle a wide range of medical situations with confidence helping to create a safer workplace.
Included in course:
- All of content from 1 day course (in more detail)
- Use of AED
- Major injuries (e.g. fractures, severe burns, eye injuries)
- Medical emergencies (e.g. heart attacks, strokes, seizures, asthma, anaphylaxis, diabetes, poisoning)

Group requirements minimum of 5 attendees maximum currently 8 attendees.
This training can be added on to either our Emergency First Aid at Work or our First Aid at Work courses for an additional fee.

Ideal for a trained first aider to enable them to recognise and treat anaphylaxis safely and effectively.
Included in course:
- Learn how to recognise and treat a casualty using an auto injector.
- Understand allergic reactions.
